Are there any setup or monthly fees?
No. Bonvia is completely free to set up and use. We only charge 3% when a voucher is sold.
What are the Stripe processing fees?
Stripe charges approximately 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction for European cards. This is separate from the Bonvia fee.
How do I receive my money?
Payments go directly to your connected Stripe account. Stripe typically pays out to your bank within 2-7 business days.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can stop using Bonvia whenever you like. Outstanding vouchers remain valid.
Is there a limit on voucher sales?
No. You can sell as many vouchers as you want with no volume limits.
What currencies are supported?
Bonvia currently supports EUR. More currencies will be added based on demand.
